Don't bother watching the trailer..

1.talking

2. explosion where sandra bullock almost gets iced.

3.some space stranded bullshit

From the trailer it didn't even seem like it had acts. it looked like the whole movie was a crazy special effects with Sandra Bullock making "I'm getting plowed" noises the whole time

I might like men now.

On another note, why the fuck does my name and icon have a huge gap from the top of the line separators? This nonsense makes no sense.

Gravity was pure cinematography awesomeness. The opening scene was incredible. I'm not a huge fan of Sandra but she gave the performance of her life.

Yeah but that's all it looks like is cinematography with not really a story other than "oh look they're in space and now meteors." Is there a real story?

Yeah I saw it, it was pretty good. Sandra Bullock floats far out into the massive black void, then befriends it and makes it play football.

But seriously, I'll go check it out

there's just no way I'd pay to watch an hour/two hours of somebody dickin around in space acting scared. i just can't see how any plot would be that interesting given that scenario and given sandra bullock in a space suit

Yea I saw that and was like, "someone watched Wall-e"

For me the movie was good, I was entertained, but I wasn't blown away. Parts of it felt like a first person video game when they showed the POV of the character.

The plot lacked character development. At no point during the movie did I feel empathy for any characters.

Terrible movie. The entire series of events was unbelievable. Even if they were, I would not have cared because the characters were so one-dimensional.

It would have been a better movie if she had just drifted off into space after the first ten minutes. And credits.

I couldn't agree more, Hollywood just wanted to make another space movie because it's trendy right now. They could have had two giant turds floating around and people would still go to see it.

Honestly though this seems like the era which people focus more on what looks cooler in a movie than the acting/writing.
