i didn't hear any backtalk, it's dick's like this who give cops a bad name. guy never needed to raise his voice, but i he didn't use a single word without screaming.

hahah and i LOVE how he's just about to say "is that a camera? because if i find myself on youtu--" hahahah huuuuge fail on his part.
 
that guy is such an asshole! how is he rasing his voice (the kid)? you cant even hear him talk haha
 
Everytime I see one of these videos where the cop is being a dick and it is all being filmed, I wish I was in their shoes because that cop is ridiculous. I would love to go back to him with this tape and have him explain which part of it justifies his reaction to the whole situation.

Im sure there can be very bad consequences to this guy. He has no right taking the kid's skateboard, and with a good lawyer i think you could interpret if he called him dude one more time hed kill him. Also the cop stated he was going to smack him upside the head. He gave out his name... Someone should write a letter.
 
his boys shoulda fucked up his big wheels wagon while he was gettin red and excited with the one who was "talking back." this happened to me 1nce (except with a rent a cop) skating and evrything and i red my friends look. i engaged the toy while 3 of my homeboys destroyed his vehicle.

i can't believe that shit, just cuz of a skateboard, and the kids 14 so i doubt he is doing that much technical stuff to damage that property. that cop just wanted to power trip... what an ass

I hate it when cops think they have the right to be respected. Generally to avoid more trouble I show it to them but when they are huge dicks like that they don't get any of my respect. I'd be reppin my 1st amendment and calling that guy a fat ass pig who has obviously failed at life and now wants to take it out on 14 year old boys.
 
over the summer me and a couple friends were walking back to this kids house after eating at a pizza place. we walked on the side of the road that didnt have a sidewalk because his house and the pizza place were on that side. also, there was plenty of room between the road and where we were walking. it was only a short walk, like 1/4 of a mile. this asshole cop decides to pull us over and makes us call our parents and drive us home. he wouldnt let my friend walk the rest of the way when his house was only like 500 feet away.
 
yeee I kinda want a cop to treat me wrong like that just so I can use my flex your rights shit
