as some of you dont vitos in jail and i wanna rescue him bc hes unrightfully there

for those who dont know the story this is what happened

A 14 yr old at a bar went to a very very drunk don vito and said she was 19 and she let him grab her ass and her mom saw and found it a chance to get lots and lots of money from bam margera (i hate him but don vitos the shit) and pressed charges and he ended up in jail

so whos ever up for a rescue mission say I
 
tis it be the truth but we need more ppl more recruits WE NEED TO BREAK HIM FREE (and be able to carry him so we need like 50 ppl)

and thats coming from someone who was watching cky when landspeed came out so its not like i hate the margera's. its just the truth that he fucked up by doing that. he also grabbed a 12 year old two.

and he's out of jail and back in west chester already so your a little late on your rescue mission
 
its not his fault the girl said she was 19 and cmon its don vito he was PISS DRUNK he wasnt thinking about that he was thinking yay i get a hot piece of ass finally

On Friday, August 18, 2006, Vincent Don Vito Margera was arrested at the Colorado Mills Mall in Lakewood, Colorado for allegedly touching two underage girls (ages 12 and 14) inappropriately and subsequently held with bail set at $50,000. He posted bond around 10 p.m. the following Monday. “As a condition of his bond Margera was ordered not to posses any alcohol, drugs, weapons and is not permitted to contact the victim. Additionally, he cannot leave the state of Colorado.”

On Tuesday, August 22, 2006, Tim Glomb announced that Don Vito is free. He stated..

“VITO IS OUT! We sprung Vito last night and he's doing well. He's holed up in Denver with me and hopefully he will be going home thursday. He is anxious to get this behind him and get back to being a total idiot.

but honestly if you've ever even seen viva la bam, you know that vito is prone to touching any girl at any time. on radio bam one day, they were talking about how he was all over brooke hogan like two years ago and hulk hogan almost fucked him up real bad

i would love to, but to break into a prison...is sorta hard...and not very easy, the fact they have guns doesnt make it any easier either.
