signed, but how many people live in slc? 50,000? 1000 sigs will not work, especially online. you live in utah and skateboarding is a seasonal sport like skiing. you dont need to skate all year round. even if they did dome it, it would still be 0 degreees and no one will want to skate.

Its a common misconception that it is cold everywhere in Utah in the winter. December thru Febuary it is cold in the SLC valley, but often it is not even that cold. Mostly it just snows and melts in the valley, making the skateparks unridable due to wetness not cold.
