so i had to pick this shit up for the first time today since i've owned my dog(1yr on valentines) and when i got out side with the shovel i was using i didnt work worth a crap. shit was breaking and stink was rollin out and i almost vomited. so as to what i usually do, i come to ns to help me find answers on what the best kind of shovel to use to pick up dog shit?

phase 3. get a hoe and a spade shovel, put the tip of the shovel slightly under the crap, and use the hoe to pull the poop onto it.

If picking up dog shit bothers you, you are in for a long, hard life.
I would say to go to petsmart and buy a do shit scooping shovel. They are springloaded and work way better to pick up shit then a simple garden spade or hoe.
