Does your mountain still have snow?

For some reason this didnt work the first time i tried to post it so here goes try 2. So last year i posted a thread of me and my friend skiing behind my ca, down embankments and off rope swings with our skis on. This year has been such a good winter I managed to do a little better Its almost a month and half since my mountain closed yet there is still plenty of snow. Looking outside for the past month you would never think there was any snow left. Here are a couple picutes from what will probly be my last day. Pictures kinda suck cuz the sober camera man was doing video.

The snow sucked and the features were not great but i still had fun. I skied top to bottom without stopping this late with some good friends and that made it super fun. So get out there and ski whatever little patch of snow you have left. Summer is not here yet.

You need to use the insert media button on the fancy ns editing toolbar thing.

...And to answer your question, yes my mountain still has snow, about 200cm still, but melting pretty fast.

Kicking Horse still has snows, its all rotten though, they have to open in a month and the base is just starting to melt

Missed the pow day on friday, I heard it was pretty heavy stuff. I went yesterday and shit son, off of goats eye, the crud was pretty damn gnarly.

Yup my home mountain still has snow but it's been closed since the 1st week of april. Last year we closed with almost 500cm still on the ground.

i was up at hood today, and it was a kinda pow day, well accualy like only 3 inches. but still hoods got like over 200 inches right now. and has had over 800 inches of snow fall. its crazy. global warming my butt

hood=180 inch base and closed today...really gay. whatever, i still have timberline, it pisses me off thogh cause i have a pass to meadows

my mountain is still completely covered and it closed a month ago, its depressing walking home every day from school and seeing all that wasted snow

Brundage closed yesterday with 5 ft base and 9ft summit depth. gay, but at least they stayed open longer than Schweitzer.
