I just ordered my PE's a couple nights ago and this got me thinking. I bought the 03's for 300 and the new ones were 450. They look like the exact same ski but different graphics. In my opinion why the fuck would you pay 150 dollars for graphics. Isn't that kinda trendy. just my opinion.

if they are with skiing on before they are fully released it doesnt seem bad. but my friend bought them for same price as 03 so i dunno.

thats a great idea. how often does it work though?im sure the skis are mass made enough that they have the old one on hand.

Actually, the new PE is stronger under the foot, so the did add more, and the die cut base graphic is more complex. I dont know what all of that means but it must be good. J/K.

i did the same thing....bought an '02 model skogen last year, delammed it a little...sent it back and voila...brand new '04's

 
what he warranty thing or buy the new skis just for the graphics?

i sent my darksides back to line when they delamed and they sent back the newer model. the only thing that sucked is that it took 2 months and the new darksides wernt twintips

what moron pays 450 for PE's?

You shouldnt pay more than $379 for the 04-05 models, and no more than $275 for the 03-04 ones.

 
my friend picked them for cheaper then the PEs this year. just got lucky with a rep i guess.
