Does the president of the united states have absolute power?

Since we all know this is about Trump and removing restrictions despite state imposed restrictions I believe the answer SHOULD be no, he does not. The legal interpretation may different and is far beyond my pay grade. I supported the president not imposing a federal lock down because I believe these things are handled on as local of a level as possible and that philosophy applies to pulling back the restrictions as well.

When the current people in congress and the presidents who have stepped forward and departed for another speak of their love for Hamilton and Lincoln, the former creating the central bank "permanent public debt" feudal centralization of government concept and the latter, who was a racist and expelled and threw anyone into jail who was against the war, which was not fought over slavery but of which foreign bank would rule America, then you know the presidents and those above the president could give two shits about law, the constitution or the people.

His tweets, in my personal opinion are not his but probably posted by a public relations at the DoD well-versed in perception management. That isn't to say Trump is not allowing these tweets, he is, but I can overtly see that his tweets and addresses follow perception management methods.

Pretty close. He's fired everyone who disagrees with him and hired people who do so the closest thing to a dictator the US will ever see. Hopefully new laws will be put in place someday to stop this sort of thing from happening.

I’m going to refrain from calling you a stupid bitch, but if Pelosi and Schumer offered any meaningful opposition they wouldn’t pass a massive majority of his monstrous policies like (children’s) internment camps, greater funding for forever wars, and updated free trade deals in service of large corporations. Their opposition is mostly political theater. I’m with you that they’re shitheads, but it might help you to recognize that they’re on the same side as Trump in plenty of ways.

Espeically, when accounting for the fact that Trump uses various forms of perception management.
