Does it make the difference

I got the rossi brigades 171 cm and I basically just gona use them for park , the bindings are centered, I am 5' 11 and weigh around 150 pounds. I was wondering if 171 is too short for me, and if it will make the difference on big jumps or they wil do just fine.

depends on what you mean by "big" jumps and also youre ability level. 171 is a little short if youre 5'11. its gonna be a great rail ski but you will feel where it lacks on big jumps for sure. you'll wash out a little more if youre not dead on with your landings.
im 5'11 as well and ride 182 troubles.
 
I'm 5'11" and I rode 178 cm Brigades this past season. I didn't use them for just park, but I did ski them in the park a good bit. I thought 178 cm was just right. I do like skiing longer skis though.
