there aren't many places with summer skiing. Whistler, Hood (you could hike stuff in the canyons (lcc, bcc) prolly. New Zealand. a few glaciers scattered around Europe maybe? ohhh, and south America... because its winter there i think.

bear mt california? sure they have summer skiing, but they call it winter. Southern California resorts rely on man made snow just to operate in the dead of winter, they certainly don't have the base to have summer camps.
