Does anyone ski at HOLIDAY VALLEY?

hey im goin up to holiday valley in a month and im wonderin if anyone skis up there and if there park is pretty good early in the season??
 
everyone here seems to hate on holiday valley. I think its a really fun place, their park isnt THAT great but its better than nothing, ive only been there in early january tho
 
Holiday opened today. Umm, havn't been there yet, but they prolly don't have many runs open yet. They probably have the best man-made snow around. But besides that, I don't know much. I go to KB.
 
hmmm.. went to holliday valley wit a bunch of the boys last year and didnt like it at all.. they do have a sweet little rail park though
 
There is usually no park built yet by christmas time. Its hard to predict what will be there, we do have a good start going right now though. There is a good chance of some rails being up by then. when its built its not terrible, but not great either. like somebody else said it not bad for where it is.
 
yeah im a local, they opend today for a bit, but warm weather is spose to come so ittl prolly close soon. the rails go up mid december and turrainpark/jumps when snow permits.
 
my store runs a staff trip down there every year and i must say, the terrain is nice. didn't do much of the park because last year we had knee deep pow in the trees and i had some prophet 130s on demo.

hit up THE DEPOT after skiing for drinks and food! awesome place!
 
yeah i ski there, its got a pretty good park, its not the best but last year one park had 2 big tables and some rails, and the other park had 3 ok sized tables, and the rail park has a pretty good variety
 
I hit up HV today .. not to shabby for the first day but then again i was there for first tracks pretty much, and it was already getting beat by 1030... its not a bad place for what the area has to offer.. The fist things you will see up are a few boxes prolly cuz u can just throw them down and build a kicker...

As far as the park goes this year its under new management suppositivly or something like that... so we will see, then again ur tallking about a mtn that canceled demo day due to insurance/liability reasons.. so dont expcet to see anything to crazy goin on
 
today was kinda weak.... something like 16 trails open.... of which about 13 probably shouldnt have been... still sick to get out there though espically when its still november
