Does Anyone Know if This has Been Resolved Yet?

You guys sure do have it rough down there. Then again, here, our police apparently kill people, so I shouldn't really talk. At least they'll get theirs though. Upsetting that he gets off without so much as a reprimand.
 
how much of a threat can 13 year old skaters really be that he had to use that much force. If the cop wasn't on such a power trip in the first place he would've prolly just ignored the kids being idiots and let them be because they were little kids. Or just try to chase them away, IDK thats just my oppinion because Ive met so many cockbag cops on huge power trips.
 
that was fucked up a cop should not have to put a 13 year old on the ground and get on top of them just to put cuffs on them even if the are resisting.

and did u see the other cop he was just standing there like wat the fuck are u doing he didnt even stop the girl when she ran

Dude, seriously, grow some balls and drop the fucking attitude. I have never been, nor live anywhere near where this happened. I was an interest that I pursued because it was a strange day, and I was interested to see what the cop did, how the kids were prosecuted, if the cop was fired etc. Police kill people in every state, its THEIR FUCKING JOB you to protect us. Being a mod I though you would be a little more understanding and intelligent about this.

a lot of cops are on severe power trips(not all, most of them are legit) and this guy was way out of line. but those kids were being dumbasses. i dont think the strangling was necassary though.
 
We had a presentation by a cop actually a swat team guy come talk to us yesterday, and he said that the way they "fight back" is what you do to them plus 1. Its not about a fair fight its ending the situation as quickly and most safe for them. But this is sorta dumb strangling a girl thats ridic.
