I enjoy hitting the bumps. Suck when they are icy though. I think that your skill in the bumps is a good reflection of how good a skier you are overall (out of park skiing).
i get kind of sick of uneven, fucked up snowboard moguls that occur naturally, but man made freestyle course moguls are so fun, you mob through that shit its a blast.
love them, make me feel like I am a really good skier, not just some acrobatic 5 foot 4 park skier. then again i suck at park so i shouldn't really be bashing...
YES! ill ski moguls any day.. obviously they are best with soft snow though.. but id rather ski a full day of bumps rather that a full day in the park. bumps include jumps anyway
no, i don't hate them but they are very repetitive u can't do anything on them other than just ski straight u can't butter around or ski them switch well i guess you could but you know what i meen they just don't allow much.
I'm the opposite. Uneven mogul fields are more fun i think. They are a little more spaced out and you can go down them motocross style, just doubling and tripling bumps. It seems like really manicured moguls are to tight to just start flying around willy nilly, you'll usually get squashed. Though kind of moguls are good for picking a straight line and them just bumpin down em, not my style.
I hate bumps. I'd rather ski trees, powder, park, pipe, groomers, or even icy race courses instead of bumps. There's just nothing fun about them for me. I have more fun doing GS or slalom courses than skiing moguls.
