i have the old orange skogens and i beat the shit out of them. they are falling apart like you wouldn't believe a ski could. are the new skogens more durable? i'm about to get those, i heard they were a much better ski than the old ones but i'd like some other opinions.

 
my orange skogen's are delaming right where the heelpiece of the binding is. damn rails, we hates them!

ya, mine are delamming pretty bad also underneath the boot and also on the tip. the topsheets of mine are scratched to fuck too

the new ones hold up better. as do all the newer line skis.

I currently have the orange ones with the subwaypic on the tail. They are holding up alright, but i had the older ones before that, the ones that were black and blue, and had the pic of the ship in the sea on the tail. Those delaminated on both tails pretty quick, but got new ones under warranty (the orange ones) i hate the orange color, but keep em till they break.

 
the old orange skogen skis had single seam cap construction, the new 2004s have have cap construction layed in 4 dif directions, ive got these skis, they hold up real nice

I got the orange ones, they are all right but they delam around the edges.

yea i got the new bomber style skogens with the yellow bases...i love them but ive already put a huge gash in the base from a fucking rock and about an inch of my topsheet is gone to the core...time for some epoxy :(

I have the original ones (dark blue with tyhe ship on them - 99/00 I think) and they are completely beat to shit. Bases have HUGE core shots (one is 1/4 of an inch wide and about 6 inches long, another one 4 inches long right at the edge), one edge is delammed under the binding, one edge is cracked and the mounts are starting to pull though, and both tips are bent from a crash into a barrier. Completely fucked up skis, but I'm poor right now and only use them on UK dryslope, so they'll do.

 
forgot to mention that the flex pattern is dope mad pop and perfect butter flex points. Best ski ive ever ridden.

They are sooooo bad. The flex is something out of a coked up halucination. Whoever thought that the flex should be softer than a ruler's, is a moron.

Oh and they started delamming under the boot after about 2 weeks.

my orange ones delamed, and i was able to get this years on warrenty, cuz there was a defect on them that year. it doesnt matter if you did rails or what. give it a shot

 
i have the 02-03's and the edges under foot are shot but thats from grinding, and they are delamming under foot also but you'll have that.

 
hey i have '02-'03 motherships that i rode for 3 days and they're delaminating on the back tip. should i just epoxy it down before it gets real bad or what? i contacted line but they haven't emailed me back. will it void the warranty if i just epoxy the topsheet back down?

my level of radness... it just can't... be quantified.
