I think i need more fighting pokemon and ive been trying to catch geodude for the LONGEST fucking time

I have racked up 300+ hours on my Ruby version on GameBoy Advanced.

Probably my favorite game of the series.

Also have Blue, Red, Yellow, Silver, and Crystal.

ahh yes the biggest bitch battle in the history of pokemon, anyway fighting types hit supereffective on rock types so geodude is a no go. but pelliper and combusken are probably the way to go, when i got to them i went back caught a ralts then leveled him up to learn psychic moves which is supereffective to fighting. going back to pelipper and combusken, your pelipper should stock up on flying type moves as should your combusken. the big key to beating him is speed or inflicting damage, so if you can catch a pokemon that can paralyze burn freeze etc that can help you greatly. other than that you just have to lvl and a good amount of hp.

i could not stand that game,. im not necessarily against the new pokemon, but that game was soo boring.

but anyways, just get rock/ground types. like ^ said get geodude and use rock attacks

but srsly just play gold/silver or red/blue instead.

basically you want a geodude. once you have him level him up big time and then try again.

or you could train your current pokemon to the max level that they will still obey you and try again.

flying and psychic pokemon are super effective against fighting types, so find a flying pokemon or two and a psychic pokemon or two and level em up big time.
