it seems like every post about the scratchs is about selling them, im pretty sure theyre not infreior, or are they? why does everyone just not like them anymore, i still do

 
yeah, seems like everyone was hyping them last year, now.... no one seems to care... kids have such short attention spans these days... on to hype the next thing

either you like a ski or you don't....not i used to like it, now i don't.

anyway, i think the scratches had a little bit of a delam problem...all the people i saw onthem had ducttape on the tips...

it just proves that alot of skis are just hype.

also alot of people seemed to really last years mid-season releases (p.e. T.M.).

 
true that con-cept, i havent skied or even seen the 4frnts, and i dont mean to bash em or anything, but i bet those skis and many others may end up being hype,when newer and 'BETTER' skis come out.... but the truth is, sometimes older skis are just as good as the NEW AND IMPROVED MODEL with BETTER GRAPHICS, anyways, thats all

scratches are sick skis man, the only reason you don't hear about them anymore is cause now 4frnt and armada are out and everyone is so caught up with just hearing the name of a 'core' company, but scratches are definatly sick

yea they are sick I havent skiied them but I have heard so many good things about them that they have to be sick. I bought them without trying them so well see if this insight changes when I go up to the mountains the first time and hit the park.

They were nice for park and cruisin when I tried them out. A little bit soft for aggressive all mtn riding though.

Yeah thats Captain Planet (Nice pic by the way). It seems the little twelve year olds want the ski every year that Tanner Hall is riding. Get one that performs well, not a ski that someone you pose as rides. Don't praise or knock a ski till' ya try it...

does this years (the 03-04) Scratch FS, the green and yellow ones, do they have the rubber top sheet? If they do they're the best skis every and yo necesito.

uhh, i had the 02-03s for a little but returned them and those had the rubber topsheet, it was dope, but i eneded up gwetting this year(04) scratches and they have a (I think) scratch resistant topsheet, but i dotn know, i would assume that since they changedt it, it would be better, but hey, what do i know, nevertheless, they are sick anyway ya take it

 
the new fs are wood core, i havnt ridden them yet but i plan on getting a pair like halfway through the season or so unless my skis from last year hold up, but man woodcore is the best, i wanna ride them soooo bad

 
im pretty sure ur juast talking about the scratches, they added a new model this year called the scratches (not the fs or bc) and those are wood core, other than that, the regular fs are still thc core

 
^they are not an all wood core, retard. They have 3 stringers of material, hense the THC core, Triple Hybrid Core. Its a stinger off wood, stringer of microcell, and one other, which i cant think of off the top of my head. Your thinking of the scratch, which is a econimy versoin of the FS.
