Does anybody actually purchase skis online?

careful though, if they mess up your order itll take half a year to return the skis and correct it

I bought skis from getboards.com and they were shipped right away with a free DVD and free shipping. plus they were 200$ cheaper than in Canada.

I got my Public Enemy's last year for $180 from REI and my Crichton's for $250 from Decade Skate and Snow.

got invaders at tramdock and had a warp in one of the skis when i got it and they sent me a new pair the next day before i had even had time to send the damaged ones back.

i bought my from d-structure but if u want skis really cheap find a friend who works at a mountain and order them through pro-form. my friend got the 06 scratches for 200 with bindings

There are so many good shops. Jibij and Decade Snow and Skate namely. D-structure is right up there...

Then backcountry.com, evogrear.com. pmgear.com

Look around, use the search bar, so many threads with basically complete lists of shops with feedback too...

Just keep and eye out for getboards. Sketchy as hell for some, others swear by it...they are rated super low from skiers and rating systems alike.

i live in norway and i got my new public's from Jibij.com now, great service and fast shipping. no hazzel,, i recomend them to anyone.

Line Elizabeths= Untracked.com

Coats and Goggles=Evogear

My local store is a fucking rip off.

It is sad because you want to support the local shops; but, how can you justify the extra cash when you know you can get your crap for MUCH less online? I would not recomend boots online unless you've tried em on and know what boot fits right.

Yeah, what he said. I got my skis super-cheap, everyone was super, super nice, and they sent me a free movie with the skis.

Backcountry.com is pretty damn good. I ordered some clothing from them, got here in 2 days. Didnt fit me right, so I returned it and they had a new pair to me in 2-3 days. Great place.

Jibij, Josh always hooks it up and takes care of every customer like you were a new born baby fawn (he loves the taste of fresh baby deer blood.)

I bought me ON3P Jmos online. I dont think its like buying clothes online where your never sure how it is going to fit. The only thing you cant know for sure is flex, but a little research online and you can get quite a few opinions.
