The only place I've ever fly fished was in Alaska and it was epic. What are some other really cool spots and what did you catch?

I've done it before and it was waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy better then "normal" fishing.
You're actually doing something instead of just sitting in a boat doing nothing but drinking beer/talking to friends.

Doesn't compare at all to a high alpine lake or pristine river fly fishing experience. And most of the time when you are bassin' it's in a dirty ass lake or pond, not a pristine alpine lake at 9000ft or a clear stream or river.
