hey guys what do you think of this pic i snapped of my cuz this summer at my camp. dock jumpin on an old shitty bike.

i entered it in a cottage life photo contest.

throw some turf on it and get someone with a long ass tow rope to pull you in from a boat
 
no we woulda had to make a huge in run. because the planks on the dock would just be bumpin you all over the place.

the skiing idea sounds sick tho! aha. oh well we had a summer rail setup too so its all good
 
yea he tried like a side flip think ginda like a lincoln loop. uspermans. he did 360s. a whole bunch of shit.

i hit it 3 times, and just out of no where tried a back flip. got half way and just let go and landed on my back haha.

and ben802 its on lake superior. the canadian side.
 
we used those foam noodle things and put them along the frame. then like a jar on the back seat and it was just enough to float 'er
 
haha I love dock jumping, we set one up this summer at a friends friends cabinit was really fun. My friend matt and I both ride bmx so we had a lot of fun. I was trying 7s on it and got a 9 one of the times. We tried some backflip variations but that didnt work well and couldn't figure out fronts either.

The funnest thing was definitly to pedal in absoloutly as fast as you could and just see how stupidly far or high you could go.

there's a 15 foot culvert in the town next to me that you can ride right off the top of and we ride bikes off it and pull like 7's and stuff, i'll snap a pic one of these days

there is a rock quarry near baltimore that has a +25foot (estimation) rope swing

tried to take a walmart snowboard off so you could do grabs but THE MAN said no

 
holy crap ive been there a bunch my grandparents live in amethyst and i have others in thunder bay
 
thats not really that big...

not claiming (ok well kinda) but this one we go to is like 3x the size

but the dock jump looks ridiculously fun. ive wanted to try that for a while now but no lake and no shitty bike = no dock jumping.
 
ya dock jumps are pretty sick, i saw one summer setup on a dock with rollerblades it was rly tight
 
youve got some balls jumping in lake superior....everything ive heard about that lake is that its cold as fuck.
 
haha yeaaa it is. we went on a boat trip this summer and when we were out in the middle of the lake the temp dropped from mid 60s to high 40s it was rediculous
 
where is that, it looks identical to one where i live

and the one im talking about is called big balls (sorry no pics), but its massive and held in place by a metal cable strung in between two treetops, id say the actual rope is about 30, 40 ft, but thats just a guesstimate, im horrible with judging heights
