bro you must lift so much, and not that pussy balance shit only that hardcore real stuff benching and squatting. Fuck balance bro.
 
Squats, deadlifts, lunges. Throw in some upper body work to protect yourself during falls and you're set. Fuck that bosu ball bullshit.
 
Done it. I'm not trying to do squats on the damn things though. Most people don't have the coordination for it and if they do there are better ways to work balance anyway.
 
this guy has a point, I'm surprised nobody has mentioned swimming yet, probably because its fucking hard and tiring, literally the best overall workout you can do. It's aerobic but if you really get into it you start building muscle off of it, with 0 negative impact to your body. (unless your seriously over-training, but that happens in everything) Combine that with some weight training and you will be in the best shape of your life.
 
^yeah swimming is definitely the best all round workout, i just hate it, swimming for swimming...
