do you wear a helmet?

yeah, for two years now. im in the same boat as caden...i dont have a hat, just my helmet. its warm, and it protects me.

I never used to wear one but that was before I smacked my head realy hard and it hurt so I went and bought one this year.

ive got a giro 9, i wear it pretty much always when i know im guna be hitting rails, i dont wear it as much when im just hitting a kicker or something

Just wondering I plan on getting a better helmet then my Louis Gargnon after I got a concusion when I cased a jump and smashed my face off the landing. Does the Flint work well for freestyle? how is the whole vision feild of it? and is it worth it for that much money? This is for anyone who has used it.

i got one this year to keep myself from getting hurt, because i was ready to try some sick stuff, then i tore my acl the first day i really went balls out. figures.

 
The Giro Flint looks dope, and I think the mouthpeice is removable!

Funny story about that... A good buddy of mine, Dana, has the Flint. One day he wanted to take the mouthpeice off but couldn't because he stripped the screw. So, he went riding with the mouthpeice on anyway. It turned out that later that day he submarined on the landing of a cliff and got burried by his sluff. It took a few minutes to get him out, and thanks to his mouthpeice, he was able to breath while his friends uncovered him.

i used to have the flint... mouth guard saved my teeth acouple times (its removable) forgot it was there too many times when i spit... it really doesn't matter if you have a guard i wouldnt get the guard again. The helmet is good... warm and comfortable

 
Of course u can protect your pretty face and they are nice and warm i always wear my flint on pow day cuz that is when i go looking for the cliffs
