Do You think spy will help me?

So my Soldiers fogged up two days in a row, and I have only used the goggles probably 10 days over all. I bought them back in February of March and they fogged up in between the lenses yesterday and the day before. i emailed spy with a picture of the water droplets inbetween the lense. I was nice and asked for help and explained everything, no nasty shit. i dont think the goggles should be fogging up like this after very little use. Its almost liek teh seal in between the lenses are broken. And if any of you still have this years Freeskier Buyers Guide, read the review about the soldiers, and how spy's technology gives a big middle finger to inbewteen the lense fogging. so what do you think spy will do for me. i should at least expect a free lense

still no response from Spy, getting kinda pissed off now. they havent been fogging, its only when it is snowing out that they do, but i would at least like a response

It has very little to do with newness, or a manufacturing defect. Goggle fog is most often a wearer problem.

When it snows, it often gets everywhere. Take a header, or put your goggles up, and they get snow in them. Snow melts, and bingo, you have moisture buildup. Or snow packs on top of them, and limits venting, thus causing condensation. There are tons of ways for it to happen, but it most likely isn't Spys fault.

I've never dealt with Spy warranty, but this has happened to me a few times with Oakley goggles. EVery time I've had the lense replaced, no questions asked. You should definitely get a new one for free, its a defect.
