Stupid for East Coast?

They're super super soft(Bacon's more so...I think) and would be ridiclously fun all around, including jumps and trees. I was with Pollard when he was riding them and he was just having a blast buttering and slashing all over the place on groomers. They seem like they'be a good compliment to my 05-06 ar5's.

I want a fun, soft, bigger ride, that I can rip all mountain and have a ton of fun on, as well as take into the trees as well.

Only problem, you think it'd be too wide for the conditions of the East? I really am not looking for an extreme carver here....

By the way, im 6'0ft 155lb.

yeah, i mean you saw exactly what you want, and a ski that wide is deffinatly not a carver, the elizibeth is more of a carver than the bacon im sure just because its short and you can whip it around. PLus when it does snow over thur that 3 inches is a powder day with bacons on im sure, i would do it.

word im the same size of you, and if you already have ar5, i think a 182 fat ass super soft ski, would be fun as hell, and if you ever go out west you have a ski to bring.

Do it.

I've gone to Hood twice the past two season...and was supposed to go to Austria this year, until I got hurt...So I could put some extreme powder use to them also...

Good info guys.

HAHA ^ your convincing yourself. i Do this all the time and is the most common thought process in my mind especially when it comes to skis.

I skied the elizabeths and they carve like magic. They are incredibly smooth, on the east coast too. Ice was no problem with them. I'm getting them and I ski Jay/Sugarbush.

i dont know I would think they are a littile too fat...probabley better to get a skinnier ski around 85-95mm waist

I thought the same thing till I rode it. Incredible. I ski a 95 right now (explosivs) and they carve and handle better, oddly enough.

just buy them, you know you want too. you'll get used to the width and when it's really boilerplate just use the ar5's.

Word, a 172 is just too small though...espically when I'll still be skiing a 180 park ski...I think I gotta go Bacon's.

^ yeah mang..thats what i was thinkign for myself too..i ride 178 line skogen sprangs...the gucci print ones..they are an 86 waist i believe? they ski like a wonder....soooo nice..i wonder how much of a difference it would be going up to like a 95 waist

I dont think the Elizabeth would be to small for you, ive been riding them all seasons, im almost 6foot and weight 15lbs more then you and they are amazing for me. my other skis are 180 scratchs and the bigger pocket rockets and the elizabeths are by far the funnest yet!!

im cant wait to send in my invaders and then uprgrade to some elizabeths that is going to be like the best day of my life, im so stoked

The line rep from around here uses elizabeths. He says that despite their size they ride groomers really well.
