i dunno.. what i love is that these awesome people on the board who think they are shit, so they bash these kinds of kids.. where as pros actually support many kids who don't have the talent or don't have the confidence to hit the big jump or throw a better trick.. pros support kids, at least from what I hear.. theyre pretty awesome people.. just let it be man, if he wants to do his kickouts, let him.. if he wants to learn new tricks, support him, if he falls, help him up.. we're all skiers, no matter what we're doing.. whether we're doing a straight air or doing a cab cork 5, if you're having a good time doing it.. whats it matter? maybe some kids should go and try more things, but if theyre havin a good time doing their kickouts or lui kangs, whatever man.. just let it be.. we all should be a true community of skiers, helping eachother out, but instead you gotta bash kids for going out and doing what they wanna do.. i duno man, just don tknow..

they are going to make something out of skiing. everybody cant be good but these kids are out there having fun they might suck to alot of peoples standards but, they buy skis and goggles and other crap like the rest of us. but they fuel the companys who sponsor the good kids and with more of these (posers) if you will the fatter contracts skiers get. and they are usually nice kids who dont need to be outcasted but will probably film u if you ask and probably drive escalades and expeditions and wrx's to the hill and have room to carpool and will buy you some lunch if you a dirt ball. so i say Viva La Poser

Just because they ski and can't do rodeos or cork 9's or anything in particular doesn't make them a poser, it just means they aren't pro. They're just out having fun, and you know what? That's what i'm doing everyday, I just don't 'suck'.

Yeah, you all gotta start somewhere. this will be my third year sking park, 5th year of skiing, (i started when I was 10, a little late, but whatever)and all i got down clean is switch and reg 3's a 5, and mix in some grabs there, im learning rails, but dont hate. We are the next generation, we will carry the sport.

hey dont be a hater...i was one of those kids back in the day...and so was each and every one of you. dont deny it. you cant hide from your past.

now im the guy who goes up to the kid and says whats up, and gives him tips on how to clean his shit up...when they see someone like that come up to them...they will remember that for a long time...its all about progression, why laugh and make fun of the kid, its not going to help him in any way.

nah i know them, and they just hang around the park. But still as long as they get of the jumps, and don't actually sit down and talk with their snowboarder friends on the knuckle (which has happened) they are kinda on the level with the really little kids who just ride over the lip flattening it out but you dont want to be the dickhead who yells at them

Yeah, everyone did used to be one of those kids. I remember building sketch 4 foot jumps launching 25 feet and hucking lame backflips. Just let the kid learn

Yeah buddy we were all that kid in some form at some point,except i had no big helment rossis ect.. but instead of DISSING me and laughing at me the better, older skiers just encouraged me to try stuff, gave me advice on tricks and stuff,and rode with me when i saw them at the hill. So instead of being a dick, try being nice to them and encourageing them.
