Do not complain about peoples prices

if you are not interested in what they are selling dont post.

if there prices are too high, they will not sell their stuff. there is no need for you to go in and complain about their prices.

if you are interested in purchasing whatever they are selling but dont like their price, pm them.
 
Complaining about people's prices is something that I rarely do. And when i do, I PM them.

But I'm indifferent on the subject.

But one reason people do it is to look out for other NS'ers, and help them the best deal they can. It is a community, and we hook people up here. If you are looking for a ton of money, go to flea-bay.

you can hardly say this is a community... with however man 100 thousand members

i think most people know what a good price is for the item they want to purchase.

 
you really wouldn't know only being here since March. It is definitely a community.
 
Well I have only been here since March and I agree with everything he said in the original post. There really is no need at all to price police anyone's thread. The only exception is to PM the person if you are truly trying to help the seller unload his/her stuff. And rarely is anyone posting to try to "help an NSer find the best deal...". Most times it is either a kid a) bragging about some deal he got or b) showing off that wow, he is a really great deal finder!

 
regardless, if you don't think it's a community then you're not looking hard enough.

however your thread subject is 100 percent true.
 
your right we are all stupid to think that since that what your profile says... sorry you made another account and didnt tell anyone...
 
I think that its okay to "bargain" a little bit, especially if the sale says "or best offer." From there the seller can tell you what they think, and you should go with that, not hassle them.

also the monstertruck, the original poster, has been trying to sell crowbars for well over $100, no one on here will pay that much. His lowest goggle is $90, one that i just got for 55.
 
dood i dont care about people, putting comments on my stuff like prices and whateever, i just dont like it when people put down threads and make the seller look bad. also people who comment on the items, even if they aarnt interested, will bump you thread. and what is really annoying is when people bump their thread 6 times in a row.
 
its a free country, be give our opinions and we do what we think is right if someones screwing someone

its better to tell someone because he might not know
