Do i ski weird??

Basically i keep getting told i ski really weird but in a good way??? apparently its going to help me in my futher life aha ??

so what i do is when i go into rails i go left leg first turning right i do the same thing when i 180 but when i throw anything bigger down like a 3 or 5 or whatever other trick i turn left am i just special or are there other people out there like me???

It actually is quite useful when i have to throw a 270 in or out makes it kinda easier i guess??

i spin left and slide left foot forward. Its good for frontside spins and 2s onto stuff.

i guess u slide right foot forward which would make sliding left foot forward hard for you which puts you in the same boat as everybody

and bet you cant do a 5

flip wat i said

but basically everybody has a good way and bad way you would be special if you couldnt tell the difference right off the bat

yea the thing is that when i throw a 3 i find it easier going left by a tiny bit but when i go to throw it the unnatural way its like not much harder?? and i get really confused which way i should go when i try to do a new trick

ive been skiing for 13 years i havent been in the freestyle scene too long but im sure i can throw a 5 if you dont believe me after my ski season ill put a video up?? if that makes you happy??

i do the same thing, and dont worry man your going to get ripped apart on here just for starting the thread and cause your new here... dont sweat it. people just love to beat on people on this sight haha

Im the same way. its has its perks but also has its down sides to it as well. for instance 270 on is great because we land natraul so pretzl out is easy but 450 on were landing unat....

I slide left foot forward, Spin left, but I suck at frontside rail tricks. Backside is way easier for me.
Also I look over my right shoulder while skiing switch but i still spin left from there. (wtf)

its not weird at all. its actually really good. the easy way to think about it is that a 180 isnt a spin. its just a shift in your legs. your eyes never leave the landing, so essentially you look over your left shoulder to do a right side 180. you do the same for a left side 360. and sort of the same sliding a rail left foot first.
no need to worry!
and yes, its awesome for learning 270s onto boxes because you're already comfortable sliding that way.

yyeah hahahah. btw im gonna try and get up to killi after christmas, are you gonna be up there?
