do i have to remount?

I got a pair of 1080's and my old sis (2001 or 2 x-scream 9's) are oging to my dad, but his boot size is like 3 or 4 sizes smaller. Will we have to remount the bingings or no (salomon 912's)

You might not have to if they are salomon bindings. Some of theirs slide for different boot sizes. Otherwise you can remount it's not a big deal just make sure the new holes are about an inch from the old ones otherwise you will create a weak spot in the skis which could lead to breakage.

Even if the binding can be slid to fit the new boot, it needs to be done by a shop. As a general rule, if it's got to do with your bindings, let a shop do it.

Hey boarder you fucking prick almost all and some of are the same fucking thing. I've worked at a shop for over a year where we sell salomon bindings I fucking know what I'm talking about. I'm a certified Salomon technician so don't flip me your shit.

 
almost all and some are not the same thing. some means a few, not a majority. a year huh? well u certainly have enough expierence to run your mouth. ive worked on our tech bench for 5 years, and ive seen a piss load more bindings than u, hot shot.

if they are 912 ti's or 912ps, then yes, you need to remount. if by some odd chance you got 912 demo bindings, then no
