i kind of disagree. with a lot of injuries you could go on for a while just thinking its a bruise or something and not do anything about it while its pretty bad. point in case: my friend, in a drunken night, was doing flips and landed wrong. so he bitched about his leg all that day while we just called him a pussy about it. all next day he was bitching about it some more. so he finally went to the docs and found out he fractured like 2-3 bones in his ankle/lower leg. from my recent injury where i screwed up my ligaments in my knee, along with taht stuff i also fractured my tib or fib (i cant remember which one) from a car accident a while back i broke both arms and cut up my hands pretty bad, 2 weeks later i get annoyed with a lose tooth and a tender part of my jaw, go to the dentists to get it checked out, turns out my jaw is cracked i n half over in the back of my mouth. these are just a few examples i can think of where people thought nothing of it at the time, but turned out it was a fracture....sounds like you didnt fall too hard to do anything bad, you usually have to crash pretty damn hard to fracture a bone. its most likely just shinsplints....if it still hurts you in like 2-3 weeks then go get it checked out maybe.
