alright, the reason the levels go so slow is because of the image size, not the polly count. the image is 6500xsomethn huge, the model is flat, and is nothing. i took out the entire level except the guy just to see if u were right, it still went slow. any game you play, half-life, a driving game has hundreds of thousands of polys including sccenery and shit. its not the poly count. the only thing you can do to make it faster is make the window smaller so it doesn't show as much of the extremely large image.
now that thats cleared up ive been workn a lot, ill make some more levels taking into consideration the ideas. i made a quick switch level, and im planning on making an arial jump.
