DNA Evolution Tour 08 going coast to coast

What up Newschoolers,

This is the DNA Evolution Tour Designer and Tour Manager. We have had such a kick ass summer, and such massive success with our first tour, we are going coast to coast next year with an event and rail setup that will be 10 times what we brought this year.

We are all set with the finals inside the SIA show in Vegas, and I would like to extend a congrates to all the qualifiers. We will be in touch soon with the details for you.

I have been in meetings over the past month designing next year setup with Kab rails and it is unbelievable. We are planning on a 5 to 6 rail setup with left, right, and center servings on each. We used this first event year as a test of the concept and we are throwing everything but the kitchen sink at next years event. We have a several ski and snowboard companies ready to partner up and add themselves to next years pro contract. Next years winner will be looking at about $20,000 in signing bonus, and a contract from 5-10 companies. We will have updates as they unfold all winter on our websight (www.dnaevolutiontour.com)

I am flying to LA next week to plan next years kickoff event in Hollywood, and we are hosting the first annual rail jam between Colorado State and the University of Colorado at the Denver Expo this November 9th 10th and 11th.

I am going to spend the next couple of months booking the tour coast to coast. Next years event and setup is so sick, I want to make sure that I do miss any jibing hotspots.

We had to cancel a few events this summer because some co-hosting retailers did not have the event details ready for us. To prevent this from ever happening again, I want to make sure that the retailers and areas we work with are as commited to the progressive cause as we are.

If you live in an area where you think we need to put on an event next year give me a call, and we'll discuss bring it to you.

I are stoked to ride rails with you next summer.

Keep progressing,

DNA and Brad Geiger

If you guys have a desire to have this in your town give Brad a call. He would love to talk to you and he is super nice.

The more input the better!

make some rails and boxes that are flat!!!!! it sucked having everything a down rail or box, you had like 1/2 a second on them to try and do something. a nice long flat box or mabye rail would allow so much more stuff.

What up everyone,

I just got back from LA and the tour is going to HOLLYWOOD next year for two events.

I am glad you all enjoyed our birth season. Due to the fact that we were using a snowless concept we knew that competitors would be skeptical and nervous to drop in and throw down. For that reason we decided to use the more basic rail options for the first year. Next years rail options will be much more unique and will allow endless options. I am also working on attachment arms which can be attached in seconds that will allow competitors to transfer any rail option from either side. We are designing new concept ideas every day, and this will continue until we launch next summer.

Also I have something to say to those freeskiers and snowboarders who lived in areas where we were FORCED to cancell their event. DNA and I are very sorry for not being able to come. I hope you understand that it was out of are control and it was the last thing we wanted to happen. There were a few things that play a role in it and we did everything in our power to try and fix it, but it was out of are control and I never will put on a halfass event. You all deserve our best effort, and I will see to it that it never happen again. I take the tour very serious, and if I detect that an event is going to be less than what you all deserve, l will do all I can to fix it. I promise that one thing will never change though, and that is the best of 5 or 7 format. I do not care how big this tour gets or if the comps run all night, you all deserve a fair chance, and single elimination sucks.

This first year was amazing, but I am never satisfied. I can't waite for you all to see what we bring next summer.

Keep Progressing,

Brad Geiger
