I just saw Dave play for the first time live last night. He killed it, he was dancing all around jammin with the gituar, crowd going crazy, buds in the air, it was a hell of a time. Anyone else seen him live?

seen him about 10 times live..gets worse every year..some him both sets this summer at meadows in hartford, CT...was terrible this first night playin 9 new songs out of 17 total..sunday was a little better..

^^ Yeah i didnt even have a ticket, i was just tailgating with my brother when some random guys says you need a ticket and sold it for only $60.00, when people were selling them for like $120.00 a peice down here

I've seen him 9 times and only saw one mediocre show. The energy there is incredible, and I love the music, so it's always a real good time.

ive seen him like 6 or 7 times........i refused to go this year....just because i knew he would just play his new songs of his piss-poor cd "stand up".....and then only a few old ones....its just wasnt worth the 50 bucks this year....

Actually he played a lot of old school shit last night. And i dont know how he could have a bad show, everyone was feeling the vibe and jammin, when that violin kicks in loud and they just jam for a little bit in a song thats the shit

^well you would understand if you went to his shows during hte mid to late 90's..then ud know why it isnt as good anymore...but of course a dave show is always fun

jib, they had plenty of jam/improv in most of those songs. The fact that they ended with Pantala Naga Pampa/Rapunzel was so fuckin sick. They played that old Zombies song too, which is incredible.

haha freeskier i was at the same concert last night at riverbend, that fuckin ants marching was incredible i was getting so into that. The encore was somewhat dissapointing tho

he played Out Of My Hands, Pantala Naga Pampa, Rapunzel, it wasnt that the music was bad it was just that a lot of people left and there really wasnt any energy in the crowd
