DL Incognito using Wu Tang Clan tracks?

I just started listening to Heaterz by Wu Tang Clan for the first time, and the beat and track (other than the lyrics) sounds almost exactly the same as the song in Sammy Carlson's Original Edit in the bonus section of Yeah Dude (I don't know if that's DL Incognito, but I think so).

Yeah if you listen closley to alot of his stuff he samples other good artists.

Wild Style hes sampled Big Ls voice as an echo to when he says it and the same thing on Spit Forever 2 where he samples Royce da 5'9 in a similar way. Im pretty sure hes done it in other songs too.
