Dividing Gear Talk

Into "Gear Talk" (Skis, boots, bindings, outerwear from a technical standpoint)

and "Fashion Talk" (hai gaiz, wut looks c00ler, a gsuit or a saga suit. r my pantz baggy enuff? etc.)

it really has gotten quite absurd.

I agree, some serious threads about people wondering what skis they should get often go unnoticed because of those

"guize sh0uld i get a blue jacket to match my skullcandy bandana or sh0uld i get a red jacket to match my fulltiltz???!"

Yeah man. When I bought my 2010 Full Tilt Hot Doggers, they didn't match my Saga, so I had to burn the Saga and buy a G-Suit instead.
