Dislocated Thumb

Hey NS, i dislocated my finger Friday. My home mountain (land-o-shit) has a flat box angled up at the bottom of the terrain park and its wicked sketchy because this mountain and its park crew sucks. I had asked one of my friends how this box was because it looks like you should crank at it because the lack of ability to make decent shit the staff has. But i cranked at it, fell off the right side and landed right on my hand, dislocating my thumb. I went to the hospital and they popped it back in, but said it will hurt and swell for a while. I was just wondering if any of you NSer's have had a similar injury and how much it hurt while riding with it after a jump or like anything where you hand has extensive movement.

did that to my thumb before. holding your poles is hard as shit, and i wouldn't recommend it. some times spinning would hurt it as well as falling and that's mainly it. hopefully you don't play video games...that sucked too haha.

broke my thumb last week on a down rail, i just wraped paper towel and packing tape around it and went sking the next day

couple of years ago, when i first started freestyle, i over rotated on a 3 and i almost popped my knee out of joint. and since then my tendon on the outside of my left knee snaps and hurts every time a take a step.

i came very close to dislocating my shoulder a couple weeks ago. I couldn't really lift my arm or push with my poles but i still skied the next day.

i hit a tree doing about 40 MPH during a dirtbike race:

i probably wont be able to go skiing for like 2 more days or so anyways because i need to find money. But yea i wont use poles. i rarely do unless the snow is slushy, which is probably will be.
