I know theres been many dislocated shoulder threads on here, BUT this ia a special one. It seems like everyone is fucking there shoulders this season but i hardly ever see anyone on here talk about a brace for there shoulder. I dislocated my right shoulder like ten times in the past 7 years, got a surgury to fix it. Then that ho poped out again so my ortho doctor gave me this weird brace thing for it that restrics my movement and it hasnt poped out since, and that was last year.

Now i poped out my left one for the first ime two weeks ago, it healed quick and i wana start skiing park again but i cant were two of the braces the doc gave me last time to cover both my shoulders. So i was lookin around and i found a few and this is the one i ordered because it looks the most legit? So have any of you ever used a brace ar protector like this or any other ones and have they worked? This one is supposed to squeeze my shoulder so it cant popout anymore but idk if its gona work lol. Lets hear it

braces wont don't shit to help with keeping it in place my brother dislocated his shoulder 2 times wearing one.

I've had a long history with my right shoulder dislocating. So there

are two types of braces as I've learned it: abduction and compression.

The one you've linked to is a compression brace. It is going to help,

but those I've talked to with experience say that if you fall/hit hard

enough and put it in the wrong position you'll still dislocate.

I've skied for 3 years now with an abduction brace and haven't ever had

any dislocations. With both shoulders loose, your best bet might be an

abduction on your worst shoulder and a compression on the other. My

other shoulder is getting bad enough that I'm considering that.

I've also written some more about shoulder injuries on the site. Check

it out and leave a question if you've got any, I'll try to help.
