im sure someone here plays, but i was wondering if all of u have herd of this ultra fun pastime.

well iv been plying a bunch this summer and i have 3 really good courses i set out around my house. if anyone plays share your area and what kinda disks ur using. right now i have a women s driver because i lost my good one, and my favorit disk is my champion multi purpous disk. if you are really bored in the summer and u liek being outside this is the perfict sport for you.

there are real courses as well and there is a pretty sick one at the top of mt. ellen in shugarbush vermont.

so if others play let us know what kinda disks u like and where your favorite course is.

I have 3 Innova discs, a sweet ass Driver, then a midrange and putter. There is a course near my house, 18 holes through the woods. It's pretty sweet.

i never thought this would come onto ns...we sell some discs and a basket at work, but we mainly just play with them. theres 2 courses around here too

you never thought this would come to NS? I thought a bunch of people here would play haha. It's such a hippie sport, which is half the NS population.

we have a sick nasty 18 hole course out here in the woods, i dont know what kind of disks i have. one is kind of green and goes really really far and the other is yellow and doesnt go quite as far

I play all the time.... i throw a champion Teebird fairway driver 167 weight.... i love it for back hand, but no so much front hand, just because its a little to light....but where i live we have 3 courses, all of which are pretty hard..the i love the hardest one, you have to throw over ponds and just a ton of trees..... and none of our courses have baskets, we just throw at painted trees.....but all of the courses have been arounds since the 70s so all of them are super legit... and here we call it folf, but i have heard people it frolf too...

we have a super nice course and its pretty fun. it's a favorite place for stoners to hang out and what not. but the game is really fun. i'm not great at it because i have some shoulder problems but still really fun over all.

i have a public course at the college around 2 miles away from my house that i play at alot. I have around 12 discs, but i normally play with my valkirye or sidewinder and then just a putter

i have like 30 disks but i don't play, people always throw them into my yard cause i live next door to a really hard hole. It looks fun, I should start.. or sell all of my disks

i play at the johnson state college course sometimes but i have no clue what disk i use.

yea yea its soo fun, i have a few sick courses me and my friends jsut made up around my town, there like urban but they have sick little parks we cross through wich makes for soem nice [ar 5's and 4's. there are a few real courses near by.. one in waterburry vt. and there are liek one on all the mountains around.

the only shitty thing about disk golf is if u loose ur frisbee, thats happened to me somany times.

i play frolf almost every day....i have 2 drivers; a discraft avenger esp ss, and an innova champion firebird, a discraft buzz gt midrange, and a discraft flx challenger putter....those are discs i usually use, but i have about 12 others that i sometimes mess around with....i recommend that everyone get a discraft buzz gt midrange.....it is the best disc i have ever used; i can usually sink 50' putts with this disc...my best score on the front 9 of my favorite course was 10 under, all because of this disc.

We've got some sweet frolf courses around anchorage. Ones where you have to throw your disc over the highway and whatnot.

I played the 3rd most extreme frisbee golf course in Moab over spring break, it was so sick. Iraq and Antartica have courses that are numbers 1 and 2.

man...the only thing that comes before frolf and ultimate is skiing. i have 3 innova discs...one distance driver...a mid range...and a putter. we have an alright course in town. its only 9 holes but some are pretty tricky...i took my discs to the east this summer and played at sugarbush and pennsylvania. it was pretty sick.

make nice cash dude...........normal disc=12-18 $'s. you sell for say 10$ keep everybody happy and you got a nice bonus

you'll probably be selling them back to their owners dude

just a thought

disk golf is frustrating but fun. its really the perfect combo with a six-pack or j

still nothin beats drunken belligerent bowling.

I want to play there course SO bad. I am always down there, but never have time to play it. So I just stick to solitudes mountain course which is amazing in the summer...and of course the local creekside in salt lake

and i have way to many discs in rotation all the time, but some of my favorites are discraft crush and I scored a midnight avenger from the 2007 worlds

me and my friends play all the time. there are like 3 good courses around here. we also like to throw them of random mountains. i have an assload of discs mainly because  its hella easy to walk out of bob wards with like 4 in my pants.

so coincidentally we started talking about it at work today. we are the only store to sell them in the capital district (upstate ny) and we sell innova. some of the guys had bought some and said it was fun, so i picked up a driver, fairway and putter and depending on weather we'll prolly go tomorrow

apparently its much more popular in the west, but it is coming to the east now too

i got a couple discs but i really only use 3 when i play my beast a tee bird and my putter.. beast for distance tee-bird for curve shots and putter for durr putting....i play at a 9 hole course right by my ouse and a 24 hole course about 30 min away my favorite hole is at the 24 course it is from the top of a cliff thingy about 30 feet high and you throw threw the woods and the over a rier to the hole about 300 yds away... quite epic

GLOW frolfing is where its at. head out around midnight, dump a 30 bomber in a back pack, tape cheap glow stick to your disks, have a lil safety meetin in the parking lot, head out to the 6 mile course where i live. what happens in the woods STAYS in the woods

my school has a course on the campus, its pretty fun, played a few times last year. no courses around me though in southern new york as far as i know

nice. didnt think anyone still called it fRolf. thtas what i called it back in the midwest, but they definately call it folf in montana.

anyways. ive been playing a fair amount this summer. theres a course at the ski hill, where you actually ride the lift up to get to the course. i saw a black bear on the course a couple weeks ago.
