Discount lift tickets for CB?

Does anybody have any info on discounted day tickets for Crested Butte? I remember hearing about a liquor store or something in gunnison that had something...

help a brotha out.
 
Ya I think the deal was something like by a rack of Coors Light and you get a half price ticket, but there are days when they don't do it. Military tickets are 50% off though and last time I went they didn't give me a special pass with my picture like Summit County or Aspen. Find someone to hook you up and save a bundle, I always hooked people up with day passes there.
 
Haha, doesn't everyone over 18 do that? Per the law? I always have to flash an ID.

So Coors used to do deal where you could buy a 12er or more and get a buy one get one free lift ticket, they stopped doing it this year because they werent getting enough people using it I guess. I do know when I was in college that was super crucial cause you got cheap tickets for beer we were gonna buy anyway. CB is doing a special right now through jan 22 where you buy a 4 day special pass for 220$, skicb.com, and considering a day pass at CB is now an outragous price of 95$ a day its a pretty good deal. I do have to say though CB still needs hella snow. My bro was down there last week, before the 15in dump they got, and said it totally blew dick. So if your going down there I would hold out until another storm blows through because if the High Lift and Northface lift arent open your gonna be relegated to cruising groomers and checking your 6 for gapers.

 
Anyone know of any new discounts that have come up? Even saving a few bucks buying at a shop or something would be better than nothing.
