So this year I've been trying to get a disaster 180 down. I can get it in FD boxes where I don't have to lip on. But how do you get it on a rail? Especially an urban style rail where you can't hit it straight on. Is it just getting the balls to hit it? Help me out please
 
do a 180, and land with your skis together on the rail. If you can do it from the front, you can do it from the side
 
Just remember that you're never actually locked into the rail in a sw50-50, you are merely existing upon the box in a state of flatness. That is the key.
