Disappointed on t-walls 2013 boots

For the past 3 years I have always loved t walls boots that he has came out with. Always cool colors and sick designs. This year I was wicked excited to see what he was going to bring to the line. Last week I was able to see them and I think they are the ugliest boot full tilt has ever brough out. I think that they are dope colors but the way they desinded it is nothing special at all. What do you guys think and are you guys disappointed?
 
Full tilt seem to be toning down on the colours abit?

I quite like them, but icelantics look really really nice!

Yes they are ugly. But 75% of them are covered by your pants so get over it. If they fit you good buy them, if they dont, dont buy them.

Im not to stoked on the colors of my boots but I bought them for function not fashion.
 
Your choice of boots should be driven by 100% function, 0% fashion. Don't buy into all this fashiony marketing crap.

My current boots are hideous, and they're the best boots I've ever had.
 
you my friend, are exactly what is wrong with skiing.

mediocre boot + fancy colour + big name pro = tons and tons and tons of kids buy that boot.

i dont like this years fulltilts cause the colours are awful? fucking seriously?..........
 
Yeah they are ugly as fuck, they will still sell a fuck ton of them. Besides I want the Orage Collab boot.
 
Then don't fucking get the boot. Like said, function > fashion. You kids sound worse then girls show shopping

They aren't ugly. You just think it's ugly. Like half The other kids who care too much about the of a fucking ski boot
 
because you don't need 1000 compliments on your ski boots while you're walking into the lodge?
 
The colour of that is. Get over it, it's covered by your ski pants. If you don't like it, get something like the Konflict, at least that way your plastic buckles won't break

maybe that's how tom wanted it? whether it looks good or not is opinion... i like the colors, i'd just take the cable cover off.
 
I'm a snowboarder but I thought those timberland style ones were pretty dope. The other ones were a little ehhhh Not the coolest. The drop kicks were dope as well I liked those the best for sure.
 
I think they look sick. But that doesnt matter as long as they work well for you. Which isnt the case for everyone. Just because FT makes a nice boot, doesnt mean it is functional for everybody. keep that in mind.
 
I personally tuck my jeans into my ski boots while skiing, so looks are a pretty important part of my decision to buy them. I want my boots to match my Dallas Cowboys Starter jacket.
 
great. if you don't like them, don't buy them. Tom Wallisch obviously designed his boots the way he wanted them. Not everyone is going to like them. If you designed a boot, of course someone out there will hate it. get over it.

I don't understand how this can be considering a boot is only as good as it fits, and people have varying foot shapes. Full Tilts are awful boots for me because I have wide feet, and their widest boot is too narrow/soft.

People are giving you a hard time because you care how boots look in the first place. When it comes to ski boots, you should be completely uncompromising in the way they fit, and letting its visual appeal distract from that will only waste your money and hurt your feet.

I can't count how many times I've boot fit kids who have been using Full Tilts that don't fit at all, and they only bought them because they like the way they looked. I end up almost having an argument explaining why those dorky race-style Lange/Head/Nordica/etc. fit their feet like a glove and would be a perfect boot, but sometimes they just don't want to hear it and would rather waste their money buying something that is obnoxiously colorful over something that actually works for them.
 
T-Wallz boot loks disgusting! My favourite boot design for 2013 is the high fives. Other than the high fives and original I think all the boots are ugly
 
personally dont think they are that bad, its kinda nice to see a popular boot that isnt flashy colors
 
i mean, the hotdogger is not a low-quality boot or anything, but i see your point.but the replaceable rubber bottom seems pretty cool
 
We asked Tom a few months ago what he was gonna make his next pro model boot look like.. his answer was: "what did all black people wear in the 90's? TIMBALANDS" annnnnnd this is what he crapped out..
 
It's never been cheap. They use the same shell for all their other boots.

The cheap part of those boots are the plastic buckles
