Din

It depends on how big u go in the park and what u want your skis to do. If your trying new stuf all the time and going huge, id say about a 6. If you are aggressive, and ski hard all the time, id go with a 7.5 or even an 8.

Im 6'3" w/ the S912 ti and I have mine at an 8.5 and they only ever come off when I really eat shit.

Would help if you could tell us your boot sole length in mm's

Usually a good idea to set your bindings based on DIN charts then readjust based on your personal preferences.

my skis seem to always fall off when i go anything below 10.... and i wonder why my knees are messed

Get them set correctly at a shop. If the forward pressure isn't right it doesn't matter what DIN you can still pre-release at 24 on DH bindings. You will be regreting it if you crank them high just to be cool and blow up your knee midseason, just go with the shop setting and adjust up if you pre-release which you shouldn't with P12's unless you are going really big.

well actualy, if you go into a shop, when they set your DIN they use height, weight and boot sole length. I know this because I worked in a shop. Now normally the DIN they set is too low anyways, BUT, boot sole length is a factor in DIN setting

I never alter my bindings more than .5 past what the shop assigns them. I'm 5'11" 160 and I've had my Rossi Axial 100's at 6.5 . Only one pre-release last year.
