because i see a lot off different settings so I was just curious

you shouldn't need to go past 9. start low so you don't end up ripping your knee

I was thinking about 8/ 8.5 but does the front have to be lower than the rear?

My brother in Christ please just got to a shop and have them help you with it.. don’t risk doing it wrong and tearing your knees off

If you can’t make it to a shop.. around 8 would be a good point

I have my toes on 10 and heels on 11. People saying it needs to be balanced are talking out of their asses.

Check you App Store there is a free app called Rentmaxx Z value. You can just put your things like height and weight in. It’s the same like the shop tools.
