DIN setting.

Hey I couldnt find a sticky or anything on this so I would like to ask, what should my din setting be? I am 5'7" weigh 135 lbs. I was trying to nose butter today and fell right on my fucking face.

What kind of binding and what is your boot sole length?

6 with look/rossi, 7 with all others.

i have rossi bindings and mine are at six. i weigh 140lbs and im 5'10" will this work k

when you set your din, hight and weight are important, but a big part has to do with boot sole lenth in mm, it says it on the side of you boot. So if you have little feet your din will higher than someon of the same size with huge feet.

i have looks and mine are set at 6 by the shop, though i may tighten them. oh yeah, im about 140 and 5'9"
