so i have a pair of atomic urban punx in a 175 i weight 150lbs and i am 5ft 10 in 15 years old. i ski very very very aggressive. my bindings are old salomon red ones that are bombproof. my current din setting is 8. should i go higher or lower or stay at 8

Put your skis on in your livingroom, and lean forward as far as you can until you're right on your tips of your skis, if they pop off, or the healpiece moves whatsoever crank up the heal a din or two. As for the toepieces, it's difficult to tell, if they ever pop off when you don't want them to when you're on snow crank them up, otherwise they're fine.

according to a Salomon Chart at a 337BSL, level 3, 5'10, 150lb you should actually be using a DIN of 5.75 (This is a slightly dated chart, but it wouldn't have changed much)

Rossi says 6.5 with those specs

Either way 8 is more than enough if you wanna go by the book..

If you are still coming out at 8, then give them a half turn and see how it goes

if you want to rip the shit out of your knee then by all means increase your din. There are reasons as to why there is a chart that decides what din you need
