Can I download a video editing program for the comp with my dig. camera, because the one on my computer sucks, where are the good ones that you can use music and all that?

Go to here and download a trial version of adobe premiere 6.5. It is the industry standard in video editing. Have fun.

Premier sucks ass compared to the Mac programs out there. Unfortunately you don't really have much else to choose from if you are using a PC. I have heard that Ulead makes a video editting program for PC's that is better than Premier, but I have never used it. YOu can DL the trial version of that somewhere. Search for it on google.

 
Try getting ahold of Avid Express DV. This program is as good as any Mac program if not better(if you know what you are doing. You have the ability to spline speed which you won't find on FCP and the keying tool is much stronger. Plus if you learn this editor, you're that much closer to learning avid composer or symphony which are Hollywood editing standards.

 
can you download final cut or express, because i searched for it all you find is the updater

if your computer sucks digital editing will be tough, because it will be lagging a lot, and the preview screen will probably go slowly too.

If you don't want to go with a cracked version of Premiere, and you have XP, try Windows Movie Maker 2 - pretty basic but I've gotten some good results from it and it's free. Check out the videos in my profile.
