When you take a picture with my digital camera it takes the picture like 3 seconds later is there any way to make it take the picture right away
 
hold down the shutter half way and then press.

it's the autofocus usually working when you press the shutter down and it lags.
 
you probley have a crapy camera thats why, i say that you should go out and buy a new camera...my bro just got a camera that takes 6 shots per second
