This. MILF's are single moms, there's not really an age requirement whereas cougars are older and don't have kids or have grown kids.

MILF is an acronym. It stands for a very specific thing that's not open to debate. The mother may or may not have the same feelings towards you.

Cougar is just a older woman that wants younger men. Kids or no kids, attractive or unattractive, it doesn't matter. You may or may not have the same feelings towards her.
 
it's an age and lifestyle thing. a MILF is a mom living a mom lifestyle who it just so happens you would like to F. a cougar is an older lady who's aggressive about gettin it

i only ever got the cougar experience, never a MILF unfortunately
