Difference between Crowbars and Crowbar alternative fit?

What is the difference between the normal crowbars and there http://www.skis.com/ski-goggles/c1000003467/oakley-crowbar-alternative-fit-10-goggles-p228079.html which claim to be "alternative fit?"

Alternate fit is ment for asians people noses, it has more foam in the goggle
