Hi I have full tilt 26.5 liner in my boots but I found it a little bit too loose on my feet but the lenght is ok. I wanted to know if liner 26.0 is more tight or it is just shorter?
It will be exactly the same length, and maybe a tiny bit tighter for the first few days, but it wont make the boot fit any better.
Are you sure your in the right size boot, your toes should touch the front if you stand straight upright. If they are the right size, adding a footbed may help, it will take up some volume in the boot, and also help control your foot in the boot.
Hopefully it will be that simply. Take them to a good shop and have the best fitter look at the boots and make the footbeds if he thinks it will help. Expect to pay about $150-200. Good luck with it.
Well save some money. They make a huge difference and we really help with the overall fit. When I fit boots I always start by explaining what a footbed does and how much it will help. The customer needs to understand they will be paying about $150-200 so usually its a good idea to spend less on the boot, if money is a concern.
its been said above but there are no half sizes. a 26 and a 26.5 have the same shell and liner. The only difference is and extra layer on the footbed on the 26 to make it feel tighter.
