Diff between Look and rossi bindings

What exactly is the difference between the following bindings?

Look PX12 Ti Lifter Wide

Rossignol Axial 2 120 Ti Pro Wide

and also

Rossignol SCRATCH 140 TI

Rossignol AXIAL2 140 TI PRO Wide Brake

I found those models on dynastar.com and rossignol.com..

Which one would you recommend, if any, for a ski in the chronic/msp/karma class, length 185. I weigh 190.
 
Im pretty sure Look created the binding, and Rossignol bought the patent or something the the bindings are the same. It dont really matter which binding you get, but some people will say to not get the lifter if your going to be skiing park only.
 
Having a lifter is not a big deal. But really I'm pretty sure they are the same binding, I have rossi power 140's and they rock it pretty well, I got a deal on them so that's why I have the 14 but yah, you know?
