my brother has krypton pros and a buckle fell off while he was walking around the lodge. some guy picked it up and left it on a table and my brother was able to find it and just slap it back on himself no problem. its only happened once in the two years hes had them though

Both the left and right boot shells cracked on the downhill side slightly above where the ankle buckle exerts pressure.

ive done it to two pairs one got warrantied and the second just happened so we will see.

You might be riding your boots to soft and over flexing them, stiffen them up a little to help prevent that from happening
